This product may feel tingly but is perfectly normal.Start by using it at night a few times per week after cleansing, building up to daily then twice per day if you wish once your skin is fully acclimatised for problematic skins. It can be used a few times per week on minor congestion/blocked pores and blackheads. Use on local areas for individual breakouts or blemishes through the day.
